I use Windows 10 on a Laptop. I play Caesar 3, Caesar 4, Pharaoh/Cleo, Zeus/Poseidon, Emperor RotMK, Children of the Nile, CivCity:Rome, Civilization 3, and Alpha Centauri/Alien Crossfire without any problems.

It would prepare for running Installshield, and then do nothing. And you get a perfect Game.
